Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
- In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs until smooth.
- Dip chicken breasts into eggs, then press into breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken and sear 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to baking sheet and bake 15–20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with parsley and optional lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crunch, mix panko with crushed cornflakes or add Italian seasoning.
