Ingredients
  

Peanut Butter Base
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt
Chocolate Topping
  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Spatula
  • 8x8 baking pan
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix melted butter and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Stir in powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until combined.
  4. Press mixture evenly into prepared pan.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together until smooth.
  6. Spread chocolate over peanut butter base.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes until set.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For clean cuts, warm the knife slightly before slicing.
