Ingredients
  

Bread Base
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mini pepperoni
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Cut biscuit dough into quarters and toss with melted butter and seasonings.
  3. Mix in mozzarella, pepperoni, and half the Parmesan.
  4. Layer half into pan, drizzle marinara, add remaining dough and sauce.
  5. Top with remaining Parmesan and bake 30–35 minutes until golden.
  6. Cool 10 minutes, invert onto plate, and serve warm.

Notes

Use freshly shredded cheese for best melting. Let rest before inverting.
