Ingredients
  

Main
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 3 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown ground pork in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
  3. Add garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar. Cook until glossy.
  5. Toss cabbage and carrots with rice vinegar and a pinch of salt.
  6. Add noodles to pork and toss well.
  7. Serve topped with cabbage slaw and green onions.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste and add chili sauce for heat.
