Ingredients
  

Bagel Base
  • 6 plain bagels tops sliced and centers hollowed
Quiche Filling
  • 6 eggs large
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Swiss
  • 0.5 cup cooked vegetables spinach, peppers, or onions
  • 0.25 cup cooked bacon or sausage optional
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice tops off bagels and hollow out centers, leaving sturdy walls.
  3. Whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Stir in cheese, vegetables, and cooked meat if using.
  5. Place bagels on baking sheet and fill evenly with quiche mixture.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes until filling is set and lightly golden.
  7. Cool slightly before serving or storing.
