Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lime juice fresh

Method
 

  1. Whisk all bang bang sauce ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Season salmon fillets evenly with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook salmon 4–5 minutes per side until flaky.
  5. Spoon bang bang sauce over salmon and warm briefly.
