Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a medium-sized baking dish.
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- In a medium bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella, lemon zest, oregano, garlic, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth.
- Place chicken in baking dish and spoon ricotta mixture evenly over each breast.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden, bubbly top.
- Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes, serve immediately.

Add extra heavy cream for a creamier sauce or mix in spinach for variation.
