- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss tomatoes and garlic with olive oil and seasonings on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes until caramelized.
- Cook pasta until al dente and reserve pasta water.
- Combine roasted mixture with pasta and reserved water.
- Stir in Parmesan and basil before serving.
Notes
For extra richness, add a spoonful of ricotta or a splash of cream.
