Ingredients
  

  • 4 pork chops 1-inch thick
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 fresh rosemary sprigs

Method
 

  1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear pork chops 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Add butter, garlic, and rosemary.
  5. Baste pork chops with melted butter for 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and rest before serving.
