Ingredients
  

  • 4 pork chops 1-inch thick
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Method
 

  1. Season pork chops generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear pork chops 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Add butter, garlic, and rosemary to the skillet.
  5. Baste pork chops with melted garlic butter for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Rest pork chops 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer for best results.
