- Pat pork chops dry and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork chops 3–4 minutes per side until golden, remove from skillet.
- Add butter, garlic, and rosemary to skillet; sauté 1–2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up browned bits.
- Return pork chops, simmer 5–7 minutes until 145°F (63°C).
- Let pork chops rest 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with drizzled rosemary garlic butter.
