Ingredients
  

Pork Chops
  • 4 pieces bone-in pork chops about 1-inch thick
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika optional
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp lemon juice optional

Method
 

  1. Pat pork chops dry and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear pork chops 3–4 minutes per side until golden, remove from skillet.
  4. Add butter, garlic, and rosemary to skillet; sauté 1–2 minutes.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up browned bits.
  6. Return pork chops, simmer 5–7 minutes until 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let pork chops rest 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with drizzled rosemary garlic butter.

Notes

Adjust garlic and rosemary to taste. Serve immediately for best flavor.
