Poke Bowl
  • 8 oz sushi-grade salmon cubed
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 0.5 cup cucumber sliced

Method
 

  1. Cook rice and allow to cool slightly.
  2. Cube salmon using a sharp knife.
  3. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  4. Gently toss salmon with marinade.
  5. Assemble bowls with rice, salmon, and toppings.
