  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
Toppings
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 4 tbsp salted caramel sauce
  • 0.25 tsp flaky sea salt for garnish
  • 0.25 cup granola optional
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts optional

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and optional honey until smooth.
  2. Slice bananas into even rounds.
  3. Layer half of the yogurt into serving bowls.
  4. Add banana slices and drizzle with salted caramel sauce.
  5. Repeat layers with remaining yogurt, bananas, and caramel.
  6. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, granola, and nuts if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for maximum sweetness. Adjust caramel quantity to preference.
