Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 0.25 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp salt to taste

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Whisk maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, paprika, pepper, and salt.
  4. Brush glaze generously over salmon fillets.
  5. Bake uncovered for 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  6. Broil for 1–2 minutes for caramelization if desired.
  7. Remove from oven, garnish, and serve immediately.

Serve with roasted vegetables or grains for a complete healthy meal.
