Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat salmon fillets dry and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Whisk maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, paprika, pepper, and salt.
- Brush glaze generously over salmon fillets.
- Bake uncovered for 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
- Broil for 1–2 minutes for caramelization if desired.
- Remove from oven, garnish, and serve immediately.
Notes
