Brie Bites
  • 12 oz brie cheese cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup pistachios finely chopped
  • 0.75 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped

Method
 

  1. Chill brie pieces in the freezer for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
  2. Prepare three bowls: flour with seasoning, beaten eggs, and pistachio-breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Coat each brie piece in flour, then egg, then pistachio mixture.
  4. Place coated brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill for 15 minutes.
  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes until golden and crisp.
  6. Serve warm, optionally drizzled with honey.
