- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Sauté leeks in butter until soft and fragrant.
- Warm cream and milk with seasoning.
- Layer potatoes, leeks, and cheese in the baking dish.
- Pour cream mixture over layers and top with Parmesan.
- Cover and bake 45 minutes, then uncover and bake until golden.
- Rest 10 minutes before serving.
