Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté onion in olive oil until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted. Cool slightly.
- Mix spinach mixture with feta, cream cheese, and seasonings.
- Cut puff pastry into squares and add filling.
- Fold and seal pastry. Brush with egg wash.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and puffed.
Notes
Keep puff pastry cold before baking for best rise.
