- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- Melt butter over low heat, add marshmallows, and stir until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla and fold in cereal until coated.
- Press mixture into thin rectangle on parchment.
- Spread softened chocolate over warm cereal layer.
- Sprinkle graham crackers and extra marshmallows on top.
- Roll tightly into a log using parchment paper.
- Chill 20–30 minutes, slice, and serve.

Work quickly while marshmallow mixture is warm for easy rolling.
