Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
Fudge Layer
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the pan to form a crust.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour chocolate mixture over crust and spread evenly with a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top and gently press into the fudge.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes or until fully set.
  8. Lift from pan, slice into squares, and serve.

Notes

For clean slices, warm the knife under hot water, wipe dry, and cut. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
