Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook cannelloni until al dente and drain.
- Brown beef with onion and garlic, then stir in spinach and seasoning.
- Mix ricotta, Parmesan, egg, and beef mixture.
- Fill cannelloni, place in baking dish over sauce.
- Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
- Bake covered 25 minutes, uncover and bake 15–20 minutes more.
Notes
Freezes well before or after baking. Use frozen spinach if needed (thawed and drained).
