Truffle Base
  • 2 cups shortcake cookie crumbs
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed
  • 6 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Coating
  • 12 oz white chocolate melts
  • 4 oz pink candy melts optional

Method
 

  1. Mix cookie crumbs and strawberry powder in a large bowl.
  2. Add cream cheese and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  3. Roll mixture into balls and chill 30 minutes.
  4. Melt white chocolate and dip truffles.
  5. Decorate with pink drizzle and crumbs; let set.
