- Mix all meatball ingredients in a bowl until just combined.
- Form mixture into evenly sized meatballs.
- Brown meatballs in a skillet with olive oil, then remove.
- Sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet.

- Stir in cream and season to taste.
- Return meatballs to sauce and simmer until cooked through.
