Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes.
- Combine beef and pork in large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix gently.
- Form into 1½-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Optional: Simmer in marinara sauce for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, chill meatballs before baking and finish in marinara sauce.
