Ingredients
  

Sushi Rice
  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 2.5 cups water
  • 0.25 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
Filling
  • 8 oz crab meat cooked
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cucumber julienned

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Bamboo sushi mat
  • Sharp knife
  • Rice cooker or saucepan

Method
 

  1. Cook sushi rice and season with vinegar mixture.
  2. Mix crab meat with mayo and sriracha.
  3. Spread rice over nori sheet.
  4. Add filling and roll tightly using bamboo mat.
  5. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust spice level to preference. Best served fresh.
