Ingredients
  

Base Gummies
  • 2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 2 tbsp organic maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp agar‑agar powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh orange zest
  • pinch fine sea salt
Creamy Swirl
  • 0.5 cup full‑fat coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp vegan yogurt plain, unsweetened
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Wash and zest oranges; juice until you have 2 cups of fresh orange juice.
  2. Combine orange juice, maple syrup, orange zest, and a pinch of salt in a saucepan.
  3. Sprinkle agar‑agar powder over the mixture and let hydrate for a few minutes.
  4. Heat mixture over medium heat, whisking constantly; bring to a boil then simmer until agar dissolves.
  5. Whisk together coconut milk, vegan yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup in a small bowl.
  6. Pour a thin layer of the hot orange mixture into molds; let set slightly.
  7. Add dollops of the creamy mixture on top and swirl gently with a toothpick.
  8. Fill the rest of the molds with orange mixture and allow to set at room temperature.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until fully firm; unmold and serve.

Notes

Store in airtight container in fridge up to 5 days.
