Ingredients
  

Sushi Base
  • 2 cups sushi rice cooked
  • 4 sheets nori
  • 1 cup imitation crab chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
Volcano Topping
  • 1 cup chopped shrimp or crab cooked
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste

Equipment

  • Rice cooker or pot
  • Bamboo sushi mat
  • Baking sheet
  • Sharp knife

Method
 

  1. Prepare sushi rice and season lightly. Set aside.
  2. Mix volcano topping ingredients until creamy.
  3. Assemble sushi rolls with rice, nori, and fillings.
  4. Slice rolls and arrange in baking dish.
  5. Top generously with volcano mixture.
  6. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes until bubbly.
  7. Drizzle with sauces and garnish before serving.

Notes

Adjust spice level by increasing or reducing sriracha.
