Ingredients
  

Treat Base
  • 4 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Christmas sprinkles

Equipment

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate and vanilla.
  5. Fold in rice cereal until evenly coated.
  6. Press mixture gently into prepared pan.
  7. Top with sprinkles and let set before cutting.

Notes

Do not overheat marshmallows to avoid tough texture.
