- Warm raspberry jam and mash with fresh raspberries. Cool.
- Melt white chocolate and let cool slightly.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar to soft peaks.
- Beat mascarpone with sugar and vanilla, fold in white chocolate and whipped cream.
- Dip ladyfingers briefly in coffee.
- Layer ladyfingers, raspberry mixture, and cream. Repeat.
- Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
